young artist program
Enabling young artists to take the opportunities they need to excel in their careers.
overview
Aim
Career development in the arts requires a constant global presence, which cannot always be managed solely by the engaging party. AHF and its partners provide artists with the resources necessary to establish their global presence by accepting engagement opportunities, regardless of financial constraints.
How does it work
Applicants secure engagements to further their artistic careers and identify financial constraints preventing them from seizing these opportunities. Artists submit an application (see below) specifying the dates, locations, and financial plan for the engagement.
Applications are reviewed by the AHF Young Artist Program Committee based on the needs and merits of the applicant. Applicants are notified via email. With the support of transportation and hospitality partners, AHF will provide the requested aid to successful applicants.
Eligibility
Applicants in performing arts under the age of 30 are welcome to apply for Young Artist Program.
Requirements
Applicants are required to obtain engagement confirmation letter from the engaging organization in order for their application to be considered. Examples of engagement might include, but not limited to performances, competitions, masterclasses, summer music festivals, recordings.
Partners
The Young Artist Program invites hospitality and transportation partners to join its mission of aiding thousands of young talents from around the world in their artistic pursuits.
