Evaluation Principles & Core Values

Innovation, Talent and Excellence

We evaluate talent by measuring its positive impact on the community. Innovation, as a never-ending strive to find more sustainable ways of achieving a bigger impact is our core programing principle. Excellence, as the degree of unprecedented impact is the key principle for measuring the success of our support.

Collaboration

We believe that positive impact is achieved by collaboration. Together with partnering foundations we administer the local presence of our worldwide programs. We partner with private and governmental institutions to facilitate and streamline the sustainable impact of what we do.

Community Engagement

We are proud of our international team geared towards engaging local communities into everything we do. The residents of Berlin are the final beneficiary of our work, and we take the honor to invite selected number of them free of charge (40-60% of the venue’s capacity) to our concerts, exhibitions and showcases.

Our story

2023
