Aim
Empowering young adults in the beginning of their career to become effective leaders and advocates for positive change in their communities and beyond. With guidance from the foundation team, interning individuals will gain experience throughout various sectors of management, coordination and administration.
Mentorship & Guidance
We believe in learning-by-doing methodology, giving our interns full freedom to explore all possible solutions under the careful guidance of their mentor. Mentors (heads of each department) are responsible for overall professional development of the interns throughout the duration of internship contract.
Weekly check-in mentorship sessions are conducted in order to make sure each intern are progressing in their professional development.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of a Bachelor degree. Bachelor's degree candidates in their last year of studies are welcome to apply
Applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in art, charity work, and social impact
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
German and English proficiency
Prior volunteering experience
Network & Leadership
Being an integral part of the team, interns are encouraged to part-take at all internal and external events of the foundation. We encourage our interns to build long-lasting relationships with the network of the foundation, its benefactors and supporters. It is not uncommon for interns to receive job offers from our foundation upon the end of year-long internship.
