Christoph J. Partsch

Christoph J. Partsch is a lawyer and partner at Partsch & Partner in Berlin, a law firm specializing in information and art. After training in Germany, Switzerland and the USA, he also advises on creative solutions to difficult corporate law issues and on foundation law. He was a lawyer of trust for the state of Berlin in the fight against corruption and is now a lawyer of trust for the Charité, Oberlin eV and Abraham Geiger-Kolleg, among others. In addition to a book on the art and history of the villas at Griebnitzsee, he is the editor and commentator of works on the Archive Act, the Freedom of Information Act and the Trade Secrets Act.
