Stefanie Kuptsova

Global Operations Manager

I’ve always been drawn to the spaces where creativity meets structure — where a bold idea becomes a real experience. I don’t believe in waiting for the ‘right moment’ — if there’s a project worth building, I’m all in. From late-night calls across time zones to leading volunteer teams on the ground, I’ve learned that real impact starts with showing up and taking responsibility. At Althafen, I’m proud to be part of a team where talent, purpose, and action come together to make things happen.
