Niels Peter Olrik plays a key role in bringing artists and partners on board to advance AHF’s mission. He studied at IMEP in Paris, combining a deep appreciation for the fine arts industry with a strong interest in the music world.

In 2024, Niels Peter volunteered at AHF’s Summer Arts Lounge, earning recognition for his attentiveness to artists' needs while managing festival concerts. In August, he joined the Tutor Bootcamp development team in Nairobi, assisting Zeynep Alpan and Taya Konig Tarasevich in delivering a professional mentorship programme for 180+ students and young tutors.

Now part of the Althafen Berlin office, Niels Peter supports the management of Global Advancement Programs, engaging with institutions and organizations to establish partnerships and knowledge-sharing initiatives. With a sharp ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions, he embodies our mission to invest in emerging talent.

As he continues to navigate the industry, he remains dedicated to enabling talent growth in others while shaping his own professional path.
